All data is processed and stored in the United States (MongoDB, Supabase, Render, Vercel).

IMPORTANT: The Service is not intended for individuals located in the EU, EEA, or UK. We do not claim GDPR compliance. If you use the Service from these regions, you acknowledge and agree that your data is transferred to and processed in the United States, without the protections of GDPR.

9. Special Notice: Data Scraping and Third-Party Platforms

IMPORTANT: The Memory Box extension automatically collects and stores your conversations from AI/LLM platforms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Conversations are automatically captured from supported platforms.
• This collection occurs without explicit consent from the AI/LLM platform providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' Terms of Service.
